Shipping & Processing Fee

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹150 will be applied.
• Our shipping and processing charges are intended to cover the cost of processing your order, handling and carefully packing your garments, and delivering them to you. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

International Orders

• For international shipments, shipping and duty charges apply.
• The fixed shipping fee from Tuzk covers dispatch and delivery only.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
  

Delivery Timelines

• Orders will be delivered within 12–15 business days post-confirmation with our team.
• In case of an incorrect pin-code or no response from the customer, the shipment will be returned to the origin.

For urgent or express delivery requests, additional shipping costs may apply at Tuzk’s discretion.
